This document describes a list of emails that are used by the MyPlace app and their details. Email to welcome new members and explain the benefits of the app.

Email for a member to verify their email.

Email for a member to reset their password.

Email to thank the member for the enquiry

Email to notify venue staff that a new member has joined the app.

Email to thank a member for inviting a friend.

Email to notify a person that there is a pending invitation for them to join the app.

19 - System Check Email (Import)

Email to notify the connection between Bepoz and MyPlace is down.

20 - Reminder Ticket (Import)

Email to notify the ticket buyer that the event they bought the ticket for will happen soon.

21 - Reminder Voucher (Import)

Email to notify the voucher owner that a voucher is soon to expire.

    • Email sent to a voucher owner certain amount of days before the voucher expire date, based on a backpanel setup.

22 - Import Member (Import)

Email to welcome new members that have been imported to the backpanel. The email contains a temporary password for the member to login to the app.

    • Email sent to every member that have been imported on the backpanel.

    25 - Confirmation Change Email (Import)

    Email used to notify a user when their email address is updated in Bepoz and to ask member to confirm or decline the change.

    26 - Request Delete Account (Import)

    Email used to send the confirmation code, that is used to confirm the deletion of an member account.

      • Sent when account deletion button is clicked in the app.

    27 - Confirmation Delete Account (Import)

    Email sent to notify member that the account was successfully deleted.

    • Trigger:
      • Sent after the confirmation code is entered and accepted, to confirm account deletion.

    28 - Admin Duplicated Email Notification (Import)

    Email used to notify admin staff that an email address has been updated in Bepoz and it matches an existing email (is duplicated).

    It notifies that the email will be reverted back to previous value.

      • Sent after an email is updated in Bepoz and the new value matches an existing email address.

    29 - Admin Email Change Rejected Notification (Import)

    Email used to notify admin staff that the app member has rejected the email change.

    • Trigger:
      • Sent after the member click the decline change button on the “Confirmation Delete Account” email.

    30 - Notify Inactive Member (Import)

    Email used to notify a member that their Bepoz account has been made inactive. This allow the member to re-join the app.

    Most common use case is when a member belongs to a gaming system group and needs his account to be part of either a different group or even a different gaming system. In this case, his original account can be made inactive and the member can rejoin a different group/gaming system.
