Overview

This error is cause by the system or PC not having the required software to run RDL or custom Purchase Orders. 

Solution

See "How to Create a PO Template" and install thew software as per the setup guide

You would need to install the required software on the workstation that will print the custom invoice. 

Note: In case the particular system asks for it, the Microsoft System CLR Types for the SQL version running on the system may also need to be installed.
