7 | Global Settings "Reporting" Tab

Prerequisites 

  • To access Global Settings, the applicable Operator Privileges   will need to be enabled 
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup: "Access Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag 
      • System Setup: "Maintain Global Settings" Flag

Time Breaks 

  • This table allows the Time Zones to be set for Time Zone analysis reporting
  • The times that have more interest can be set to a shorter period
  • Below is an example of a Time Break Sales Report

Age Groups 

  • This Table allows the age ranges that report certain "Age Analysis" Reports to be set 
  • The starting age could say eighteen (18), then in small increments until thirty (30), and then longer time spans
  • This setting is based on the analysis required by the user and the age ranges that are of more interest to them
