📄How To Create A URL Menu In Backoffice
This guide will show you how to configure the Backoffice Extension device to create a URL Menu in Backoffice.
Overview
It has to be done on each workstation requiring the Menu, in this example we have configured it on the Bepoz Server workstation.
In this demonstration we have also created and used a downloadable copy of the SmartPOS and Backoffice Manuals from our Website.

Prerequisites
- Operator Privileges for Access Venue, Stores & Tills
- Operator Privileges for Maintain Venue, Stores & Tills
Setup Steps
1. Create a New Device on the Bepoz Server.
2. Set the Device up as above, and click OK
3. Create another New Device on the Bepoz Server.
Don't Change the Highlighted Field, all Web links will then appear under the Bepoz Useful Websites menu
4. Set the Device up as above, and click OK
5. Add another New Device
6. Set the Device up as above, and click OK
7. Lastly, Restart Backoffice and Smart Controller. Open and Log In Backoffice.
8. See the New 'Bepoz Useful Websites' Menu and Website Links below
To change the order of the Website Links, change the Extension Load Order number
Each Website Link will open in your Default Internet Browser.
