About

    • This relatively simply interface supports importing Products and Promotions from IBA

    • IBA Products and Promotions can be imported through Scheduled Jobs and also requires an IBA Web Service to retrieve data

      • All data retrieved will then be Imported and Updated accordingly in BackOffice
      • After the Import process has been completed, all  Product Promotions  and  Multibuy Promotions  from IBA will then be applied to Products within the local Bepoz Database

    Prerequisites

    • Minimum Bepoz version of 4.6 is required for this functionality
    • To access Product and Promotion Import features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
      • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
        • System Setup: "Access Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag 
        • System Setup: "Maintain Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag 
        • System Setup: "Maintain Scheduled Jobs" Flag 

    Key Features

    BackOffice Setup

    • Similar to other Importing Jobs, file/s will need to be imported & read so that Products can be matched for the Supplier and then be imported 
      • However, the IBA Promotions import workflow requires additional steps because files are retrieved via an IBA Web Service connection
    • Two (2) separate Scheduled Jobs will need to be added and configured - 1 for importing Product data ('IBA Product File') and 1 for importing Promotions data ('IBA Promotions File')
      • These are both simple to add and configure with credentials supplied by IBA to connect to their Web Service
