This article covers an introduction to the "Accounts" Maintenance Menu in BackOffice. Accounts in Bepoz allow customers to be a part of the organisation's loyalty program as well as receive account-specific discounts promotions. This also allows the organisation to track Account sales and trends. The Account List is structured through a tree-like setup with numerous groupings for organising Accounts which can be very useful when setting up tiering.

Prerequisites

  • To access the "Account" Maintenance Menu, the following Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
    •   Operator Maintenance 'Maintenance' Tab
      • Operators: "View Operators" Flag

Accounts 

  • Accounts in Bepoz have numerous purposes and functionalities which can include:
    • Assigning Account Groups or Individual Accounts particular Pricing and Point Profiles 
    • Can be used for Membership  systems
    • Account tracking and monitoring 
    • Providing Discounts and Account Credit Promotion
