KDSLink.exe | Getting Started

Overview

This brief article provides an overview on locating the KDSLink application and starting the implementation process.

The KDSLink is a separate Bepoz application and should be found in the Bepoz Programs directory (C:\\Bepoz\\Programs).

This application is used to link Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) to Bepoz for integration purposes.

Prerequisites

Locating KDSLink

  • KDSLink is a separate Bepoz program/application and can be located in the Bepoz Programs folder

  • The executable file will be called "kdslink.exe"

  • Double-click on the file name to launch the application which will open a small window

  • Depending on the specific Kitchen Display System being integrated with, there may be additional requirements such as running the KDS's Server

  • SmartControl should also be running to ensure that KDSLink can connect to the local Bepoz database
