Member Match Account | SmartPOS Print Account Information

This article explains how to obtain account information for a member that is already a Bepoz member but not yet registrered within MyPlace.

This process involves the addition of a new till function that was introduced within Bepoz version 4.6.2.0 +

Instructions

BackOffice Config.

  1. Log into BackOffice

  2. Navigate to System Setup

  3. Till Function Maps

    1. Select the till function map that you would like to add the new function to

    2. type the following search term “Print Account Information“

    3. Select the correct Sub-Function

    4. The users may configure various options so that the print out can be fully customised to fit the usecase

  4. Save

SmartPOS Workflow

  1. Log into smartPOS

  2. Find the desired client account, this can be done via navigating the account list, swiping the members physical card or using the account search till function

  3. Once in the account press the new;y created till function crreated within phase 1

  4. A print out will be printed and the venue employee may hand this to the guest to use on there myplace onboading process, see sample printout below ⤵️
