🎁 What's New

    • Backoffice email change feature.
      • When working on Bepoz's back office, if the account email is updated this will trigger a notification and approval workflow.
      • If the email entered is already being used, MyPlace will revert the account email back to its previous value.
      • Firstly, the account owner will receive an email to confirm or decline the email change.
        • If the user accepts the change, MyPlace and SSO will be updated with the new email address.
        • If the user declines the change, Bepoz will be updated and the account email will be reverted to its previous value.
    • In-app YourOrder Apple Pay and Google Pay.
      • App users can now use Apple Pay/ Google Pay when ordering via in-app YourOrder.
    • Send Image to Bepoz.
      • When a user updates their profile image in the app, the newly updated image will now be sent to Bepoz as the account image and can be displayed at the till.
    • Enforce member image.
      • MyPlace can now set a user image as mandatory.
    • Inactive members feature.
      • When working on Bepoz back office, if the account is made inactive, the app member account will also be made inactive. Meaning the user will not be able to use the app with an inactive account.
      • The user will be allowed to sign up again using the same email address.
      • The most common use case is when a member belongs to a gaming account group and needs his account to be part of either a different group or even a different gaming system. In this case, his original account can be made inactive and the member can rejoin a different group/gaming system.
    • New email templates.
      • Admin Duplicated Email Notification
        • Email used to notify admin staff that an email address has been updated in Bepoz and it matches an existing email (email is duplicated).
        • It notifies the admin user that the email will be reverted back to its previous value.
      • Admin Email Change Rejected Notification
        • Email used to notify admin staff that the app member has rejected the email change.
      • Notify Inactive Member
        • Email is used to notify a member that their Bepoz account has been made inactive. This allows the member to re-join the app.

          • Fix survey creation in the back panel.
          • Gift certificate pdf updated.
          • Resolve error when accessing the “Refer a Friend” page
          • The about page before login will now correctly open.
          • An account would not get created without the DOB field.
          • The device notch no longer hides a notification message.
          • Fixes to event tickets.


          💄Improvements

            • System notifications are now included in the dynamic UI.
            • Improvements to the theme colours and app wording.
            • The side drawer will no longer display duplicated logo.
            • The app manual has been replaced with the MyBepoz link.
            • Improve the responsiveness of the banner image.
            • Non-verified app members can use table ordering QR codes as guests.
            • The classic theme has been deprecated.
            • Security improvements.
