MyPlace : Feature Training -> Stamp Cards & Rewards

This article will contain all the MyPlace Stamp card/Prize promo product functionality along with configuration instructions for app admin 

Commonly know in the insudtry as stamp card, the Bepoz Prize promotions provides the oppertunity to reward members for multiple transactions. Stamp cards are designed to trigger a reward when a  quantity of products are puchased. These types of promotions are set up as a Prize Promotion in bepoz and the UI then created in the back panel of the app. Once a promotion has been triggered and a voucher created the voucher will appear within the voucher section of the app. Please note the app is not counting any of the accruals this is all stored within beposz. MyPlace is only ever providing a UI for the bepoz prize promo reporting 

Notes

  • Prize promos within a multi-venue setup do not limit 1 x prize promo per account for all Venues.

  • The current design is that the Prize will trigger once per Venue per Account.

  • Accumulation is counted by each Venue, not a combined value reported at HO.

  • There will different stamp card accumulation at each venue based on transaction

 

Bepoz Configuration

Configuration is required within Bepoz. This will involve creation of the voucher/product promotion for redemptions and the creation of the Prize promo (counting the individual accruals) More information on how to create a Pirze promotion and voucher in bepoz can be found below

Once the voucher and Prize promotion exist within Bepoz they can be configured within the myplace Back panel  About Stamp Cards

The voucher linked to the Prize promotion in bepoz will be issued to the member on completion of the stamp card/Prize Promotion. The UI (marketing and branding of this voucher within the Myplace back panel is covered in the article below)

Once the voucher is created the stamp card can be created but either creating a new stamp card or copying a stamp card that has already been created. Duplicating a stamp card will clone the original image, settings in regards to venue, description, voucher attached and schedule attached. The new description will include “copy”. So all these details should be checked to ensure they are still accurate for the new stamp card. The original prize promotion is not carried over and this will need to be selected. The plus icon on the stamp card page is to create a new blank stamp card. From here a prize promotion from the drop down list (which must already be set up in Bepoz) is selected


Complete the internal name, headding and short description for the promotion. At this point you will also need to include individual venues the offer will be avaibale to or select all. You will then need to add the voucher that was created earlier to the stamp card


include a schedule whihc includes when the stam card is to be displayed in the app, when it is to be removed or if the promo can be displayed perminantly. The schedule also includeds which tiers or members group will be able to see the stamp card.


Add a picture to the stamp card, save and refresh the app and the stamp card will be visable
