This page provides a summary of the Oolio Order Manager Integration with Bepoz.

This integration allows Bepoz to send the configured menu to Oolio Order Manager and display received orders in SmartPOS.

Configuration within BackOffice includes:

  • Two Scheduled Jobs

  • A Till Extension Device

  • A Transaction Queue Device
    These components enable menu sync and order retrieval.

About

The Oolio Order Manager Integration syncs products between Bepoz and Oolio.
SmartPOS will retrieve all Pickup and Delivery orders from Oolio Order Manager, allowing operators to close the transactions.

Key features include:

  • Send Menu: Products with a custom flag enabled are sent to Oolio as part of the menu update.

  • Order Retrieval:

    • Orders are received in:

      • Accepted status (if auto-accept is enabled in Bepoz)

      • Pending status (if auto-accept is disabled)

    • All orders are prepaid

  • Send Order Status: Bepoz sends status updates back to Oolio Order Manager.

  • Orders are categorised as either Pickup or Delivery.

Prerequisites

Minimum Bepoz Version: v4.7.2.8 or later

Required Operator Privileges:

  • Venue Maintenance – “Main” Tab (General Settings)

  • System Setup:

    • Maintain Venue, Stores, Tills

    • Access Venue, Stores, Tills

    • Maintain Schedule Job

    • Maintain Till Function Maps

  • Operator Maintenance – 'General' Tab

BackOffice Setup

To implement the Oolio Order Manager Integration, configure the following:

  • Till Extension Device

  • Transaction Queue Device

  • Two Scheduled Jobs (as specified by Oolio)

Behaviour:

  • Scheduled Jobs enable the SmartController to send updated menu data.

  • Menu/product updates sync to Oolio in near real-time.

  • The Till Extension Device links to a Table Group and enables SmartPOS to retrieve orders.

  • The Transaction Queue Device handles order status updates sent from Bepoz to Oolio.

  • Till Function Buttons should be configured separately for:

    • Pickup

    • Delivery

SmartPOS Functionality

  • Orders are marked as Pickup or Delivery.

  • Upon receiving an order in SmartPOS, operators can:

    • View order details

    • Finalise the Pickup or Delivery

    • Choose whether to print a receipt
