14 | Operator Maintenance 'Online Apps' Tab

This article covers the 'Online Apps' tab of Operator Maintenance where authorized Operators are able to access the Operators app from within myBepoz. The 'Online Apps' tab allows Operators to access the Admin Section of the Bepoz Online App so that they can perform the administrative functions available from the Control Desk.

The 'Online Apps' tab allows Operators to access the Admin Section of the Bepoz Online App so that they can perform the administrative functions available from the Control Desk.

Prerequisites
  • To access this tab, the Operator must have following privilege enabled:
    • Global Settings 'Cloud' Tab
      • Licensing is required for Operators to use this privilege; in order to use the functions, Operators having proper license need to go to the Global Settings and make a request
      • Doing so will populate the window with Available License and Operator Mapping Details as well as activate the Online apps tab

Description

Snapshots
  • If this flag is enabled, it will allow the operators to access the 'Snapshots'
Products
  • If this flag is enabled, it will allow the operators to access the product details
Send Welcome Email
  • This will send a welcome email to the Operator given that their email address has been entered on the Details & Address Tab
  • If the Operator does not have an email address saved, the following prompt will display:
