This article will outline functionality on the Question & Answer Lists page Prerequisite

To access the "Survey" setup:

Report Role Privileges will need to be enabled

Roles "Role Maintenance" Panel

Privilege Flags: "Report"

Survey will need to be active

Feature Control "Side Nav" tab

"Show Hidden?" Flag

Survey: ON (Blue)

Question List

This page will display all existing questions that have been created within surveys. It can be accessed from the Surveys screen by clicking the icon

Functionality	Description
Back Icon	Will guide user back to the surveys page
Add Icon	Used to make a new question. When clicked, it will guide the user to the 'create question' page. where they can input the question, answers and choose to apply multiple-choice flag
Edit Icon	Used to modify existing questions. When pressed it will open the question with the current configurations
Delete Icon	Used to remove a question entirely from Myplace If this question is in use anywhere in Myplace it cannot be removed and a warning will appear

Answer List

This page will display all existing questions that have been created within surveys. It can be accessed from the Surveys screen by clicking the icon

Functionality	Description
Back Icon	Will guide user back to the surveys page
Add Icon	Used to create new answers. When clicked, a popup will appear for users to input a value as an answer
Edit Icon	Used to modify existing answers. When pressed it will open the current configurations for the specific answer
Delete Icon	Used to remove answers entirely from Myplace If this answer is in use anywhere in Myplace it cannot be removed and a warning will appear
