5 | Raffle Maintenance Function Key

This article outlines the "Raffle Maintenance" Sub-Function and how it is configured in BackOffice. The Raffle Maintenance Key is designed to allow Operators to view, start and stop Raffles. NB: The availability of the Raffles Draws component is controlled by a separate System Authorisation.

Prerequisites 

  • To access and manage Till Functions, the following Operator Privileges will need to be enabled: 
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup: "Maintain Till Function Maps" Flag

Raffle Maintenance Function Key

  • A Raffle Maintenance function key must be embedded in the Till Function Map from where the Operators can choose the Raffle status
  • To do so, go to System Setup > Till Function Maps
  • Select a Venue and choose a Function Panel where the Function Key will be located
  • Set the Function as Non Sale Function and Sub-Function as Raffle Maintenance
  • In the Item field, there are two options
    • Preset Raffle ID
    • or, 0=menu
