Details of upgrading to 4.6

Switching to Flat mode and Till function map changes

If switching the Scheme from Classic or Tiles to Flat scheme the following amendments will need to be made on the Till functions map in order to correct the numbers panel display for any Bepoz upgrades less than version 4.6

First set the scheme to Flat from the Global settings view.



Navigate to System Setup -> Till Function maps.

Select the function map to be altered then select the numbers panel and delete it.

Then select add New Panel -> select the pnlNumbers and Click Save Function Map

When Upgrade to 4.6 from a previous Bepoz version it is recommended to delete the old SplitFunc_Panel layout and add the recommend SplitFunc_Panel layout in order to follow the new recommended workflow.  
Before Upgrade

After Upgrade to 4.6.1.*

Navigate to System Setup -> Till Functions Maps.

Select the Map you would like to edit 

Highlight the pnlSplitFunc and delete it and then re-add it and then Save the Function Map.

Additional Flag under Venue setup now hides the base table and moves all items to Split 1.
