This article will outline the reports created from the survey information
Prerequisite
- To access the "Survey" setup:
- Report Role Privileges will need to be enabled
- Roles "Role Maintenance" Panel
- Privilege Flags: "Report"
- Survey will need to be active
- Feature Control "Side Nav" tab
- "Show Hidden?" Flag
- Survey: ON (Blue)
- This page will generate several reports based on the customer's answers to the survey
- At the top, there will be overall information on the survey and a pie chart outlining the % of selected answers between all questions
- Below the overall information will be separate reports on each question
- Each question will have the Question and answers and how many of each answer was selected on the left-hand side
- A pie chart is also displayed to show a visual representation of the report
