Prerequisites
  • To access Understock/Overstock Settings, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
    • Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
      • Other Reports: "Allow Analysis Reports" Flag
_Under/Over Stock View
  • The Under/Over Stock View is one of the default views for the Understock/Overstock Report
  • This report displays all the Products sold by the business and the Products' Stock status
  • This report also contains columns such as Sold Quantity of Product, suggested Minimum and Maximum Stock for Product Lines and their associated Cost excluding Tax

Column Heading

Data Description/Formula
Name
  • This column displays the Name of the Product
Item Volume
  • This column displays the Volume of each Item of the Product
Qty On Hand
  • This column displays the total Quantity on Hand of the Product
CostEx On Hand
  • This column displays the total Cost of Products on Hand
  • I.e., CostEx on Hand = Qty on Hand X Cost Per Line Item
Sold Qty
  • This column displays the total quantity of products sold
Sold Per Day
  • This column displays the average quantity of product  sold per day
Days on Hand
  • This column displays the remaining days until when the stock will last
  • This is calculated from the Average quantity sold per day
  • I.e. Days on Hand = Qty on Hand / Sold Per Day
Suggested Minimum
  • This column displays the suggested minimum amount that can be stocked
  • This is calculated based on the Minimum Stock Days allocated by operator
Suggested Min CostEx
  • This column displays the suggested Minimum Cost on Hand
Under/Over Qty
  • This column displays whether the Quantity on Hand is Under or Over the required quantity based on the suggested minimum
Under/Over CostEx
  • This column displays whether the CostEx on Hand is Under or Over based on the suggested CostEx 
Under/Over
  • This column displays the overall Under or Over status of the Product
 

"_Overstock Receipt" View
  • The Overstock Receipt View focuses on the Overstocked Items that needn't be reordered
  • This View also provides information about the last delivery of the Product and the Product Stock Status before last delivery as shown below:

Data Description
Item Volume
  • This column displays the Volume of the Product
Overstocked Last Inwards
  • This column displays the last whether the product was Overstocked before Last Delivery
Suggested Minimum
  • This column displays the Suggested Minimum Quantity for each product line
LastInward Qty on Hand
  • This column displays the Quantity on Hand before Last Delivery
Last Inward Qty Received
  • This column displays the Quantity of Product received during the last delivery
LastInward CostEx Received
  • This column displays the Cost of Product received during the last delivery
LastInward Date Recv
  • This column displays the last Delivery Date of the product

"_Calc Min/Max" View
  • The Calc Min/Max View focuses on the Minimum and Maximum Number of Products that should be Stocked
  • This allows business to avoid any last minute "86'ed" Product issues but can also help to be safe from Product Loss due to Expiry

Item Volume
  • This column displays the Volume of each Product Line
Qty on Hand
  • This column displays the Stocked Quantity of each Product Line
Current Minimum
  • This column displays the Current Minimum Quantity of the product that is stocked
Current Maximum
  • This column displays the Current Maximum Quantity of the product that is stocked
Sold Qty
  • This column displays the Number of Products Sold during the reporting period
Sold Per Day
  • This column displays the Average Number of Products Sold per Day during the reporting period
Days on Hand
  • This column displays the expected number of days until when the stocked product items will last
  • Days on Hand = Quantity on Hand / Sold Per Day
Suggested Minimum
  • This column displays the Suggested Minimum number of product items that need to be stocked in order for it to last until the next delivery time
Suggested Min CostEx
  • This  column displays the Suggested Minimum CostEx of products that need to be stocked
Suggested Maximum
  • This column displays the Suggested Maximum number of product items that can be stocked
Suggested Max CostEx
  • This  column displays the Suggested Maximum CostEx of product items that can be stocked
