📄YourOrder Surcharge

Overview

For Bepoz 4.6 and below 
1. Login to YourOrder backpanel and go to Settings>Ordering Options. 
There will be a flag to turn ON Surcharge, This needs to be manually turn ON or 
OFF, there’s no option to automate this. 

For Bepoz 4.7 and above, there are multiple ways to turn ON surcharge. -First, determine how the venue usually turns ON their surcharge on their tills and choose 
the best option to set up their surcharge below:. 

1. Pricing Schedule:

Pricing schedule works for all tills within the selected Store 
Setup: Login to BackOffice, go to Operational Setup>Pricing schedule 
Depending on how their products are setup, you may use any of the two option 

Option 1: Service Charge pricing schedule type, use this if they don’t change the 
price number and it’ll just add the % that you will add on the pricing schedule. This will add 
the % surcharges to all products. 

Option 2: Price Number pricing schedule typer, This is usually used if they have price 
setup for their surcharge price names, This is best used for those venues that only add 
surcharge for food items and not their drinks. 

2. Weekly Schedule:

Use this for venues that have daily or weekly surcharges. 
Setup: Login to BackOffice, go to Operational Setup>Weekly Schedule 
Important: Make sure to create another schedule to change the API Till back to the 
normal price number for the next day/s 

3. Scheduled Job:

Till Current Setup: If venue uses Price number to their tills for 
Surcharges, Scheduled Job is best use for newer Bepoz version where API Tills are 
showing in the Tills list and can be selected (Bepoz version 4.7.4)
