Card Prefix Programming

Bepoz uses magnetically encoded cards many functions, including:

Bepoz can be programmed to identify the type of card and parse the data on the card based on the card prefix.
Prerequisites
Card Processing Requirements:
The card processing company typically starts with a blank card that is white or silver. The following details are required to complete the order:

Silver or White Blank Stock

Print Image Specs (see requirements below)

Card Encoding Scheme (see chart below)

Encoding should be performed on Track 2

Print Card Encoding digits as human readable font on the card? Yes.

Date Prefix – The date when the card order is made in the format <YYMM> (this helps us to review orders with the card processing company later when additional batches are purchased)

Notes:
(1) Account cards are recommended best practice for accounts, rechargable gift cards, and loyalty
(2) Voucher / Gift cards cannot be recharged
(3) Standard encoding for all cards is track 2
(4) Avoid leading zeros and letters, which are incompatible in certain scenarios
(5) 16 digit limit for numbers
Additional Information:
We can accommodate custom schemes if required by the customer
Our standard schemes create a capacity of 10 million cards by default (this can be modified for more if necessary)
