Overview

This version has been classified as a Public BETA, and DIONYSUS is now considered to be feature complete. Although there still may be some minor defects due to the number of features and changes these should be of a low impact to the user.

All users on ALPHA versions of 4.6 should be considered for an upgrade to this version ASAP.

Accounts, Membership and Scheduled Billing

• Transaction table needs to be upgraded twice when upgrading to 4.6.1.3
• Should not be called and oTable left as null if blRemoteVenueTrans = true and iRemoteTableID < 0
• Table ID and table name is not create after import transaction through XMLAPI
• Smart Button transactions over $1000 sends comma in amount. Comma is invalid character for ESB
• When Creating a New Database, the default keymap associates the new Handling Fee product to the keymap instead of Product 1
• Changing Price when "Show Stores" select wipes out price mode
• If a Scale Error is encountered on SmartPOS and user clicks NO button and enter weight manually , the Product was not reflected on the Sale Panel

Marketing and Promotions

New Features, Changes & Fixes:

• BEPOZ-3855 / If the Items are cleared from an order (Retail/Table trx) prior to payment that the voucher usage is also updated to reflect the voucher usage accurately.
• Multiple issues related to points being applied on a transaction has been fixed with this build.
• Operators are now able to retrieve the latest balances from CALink before using points when they press any redeem points function button (item use points, sale use points and redeem points for cash) or CALink vouchers
• The rounding issue that was causing a balance of 0.01 cents left in the transaction when using Tax-inclusive and Tax Addon Products together and redeeming points has now been fixed
• When using Table-Item -Account workflow, operators are now no longer able to redeem against products that should not be allowed points redemption. Also, the receipts are printing correctly and products are consolidated now. 
• BEPOZ-3906/ In a Multi-Buy Mix n' Match promotion, only the products (and specified size) that are linked to the promotion are discounted. 

Known Issues & Limitations:

• Voucher setup does not maintain Schedule settings on creation and requires a save and reopen
•  Using Sort/Type/All within a product promo to prevent points redeem does not prevent the redeem
• Multivenue vouchers using like instead of equals on look up

• BEPOZ-3748 - This has been fixed and the Cost Tax drop down option is not displayed on Product Maintenance form when the Country is set to USA in Venue settings
• BEPOZ-3938 - The error encountered when deleting the Second language name in Product Maintenance form has been fixed and the name can either be deleted or updated without any errors encountered
• The error encountered when editing a Product name while in 'Edit' mode on the Product grid list form has been fixed

Sales/transaction Reporting

• BEPOZ-3876 - The Operator Clocking times (or) Total Hours worked is now calculated based on the ShiftID and the Total Hours worked is correctly calculated and displayed in Operator Summaries, Till Summaries and Operator Clocking Summaries reports
• When Operator clockings are modified manually in the BackOffice, the 'Total Hours' worked in Operator Summaries and Till Summaries are updated correctly to reflect the clocking changes

Service Charge and Tips

New Features, Changes & Fixes:

• Service Charge is now not removed when table with auto number is attached to a transaction.
• A new upgrade path has been created for Handling Fee which automatically creates a Handling fee product, assigning it to the Handling product Field in Global Settings so that Handling Fee transactions can be reported against the product. If in case, operator has already created the product, the product will be updated with allowed features upon upgrade. 
• Handling Fee Reporting has now been changes in such a way that the revised version posts only the change between any previous and current handling fee by tax type. This will result in considerably fewer handling fee product sales lines being posted.
• Handling Fee changes also includes this particular issue.Currently, any change to sales or payments will cause the user to be prompted to save the table before proceeding with a table transfer operation. Ensure that this prompt is also shown when handling fees have been changed.
• Products that are assigned as Handling Fee product can no longer be deactivated unless they are removed from the Global Settings section. Also, rolling back and forth different versions does not cause Handling Fee settings to break.

• When adding handling fee in Offline / Standalone mode the Printed Receipt does not display the value 
• Bistro Transaction with Service Charge and Order Discount% produce incorrect discount amount

SmartPDE

SmartPOS

New Features, Changes & Fixes:

• BEPOZ- 3716 - SmartPOS now does not log off automatically when Resdiary or iVvy Grid is open. This solves the problem of Resdiary and iVvy Booking Grid freezing when no action is taken until the time set as times Logoff. 
• Operators are only stopped from scanning the second barcode when product selection from first barcode scan has not been completed yet and no manual process has been involved while selecting product.
• If a barcode is linked to multiple products having multiple sizes, second barcode scan is only stopped in the first screen (which is product selection screen) and not in the size selection screen as operators are already aware of the action.
• The delay in loading / displaying the Split bill panel when Split table is recalled has been fixed
• The changes made win this build will result in a speed improvement when opening split tables of over 50%, as well as ensuring that subsequent reopening of a split table will not slow down in line with the number of times it is opened, as was the case previously.
• Operators can now correctly transfer tables between same table group and different table groups even when there are accounts, payments and discounts attached to the transactions. 
• The SmartPOS now does not log off automatically when a retail/ table transaction is open or when user is in the process of creating a table. 
• BEPOZ-3658/Previously, Cash Out only transactions were reported against same Transaction ID and one TransactionID allows upto ten Cashout and/or ten separate payments. Now, cash out transactions are reported against different Operators IDs allowing operators to do more than ten cash outs. 
• Drawers are now only fired when the 'EFT Open Drawer' Flag in Venue Maintenance is ON for any Eftpos Transaction. 

Known Issues & Limitations:

• EFT Cash out on Bistro Table, Even Without the "CashOut ok" Flag on till Settings
• Reason codes printing on receipts for customers

• Table Transaction within offline / Standalone mode, Print a Blank receipt that has a subtotal value of zero 
• Bistro tables do not print in Standalone mode. Normal tables do.

• Applying either an order discount % or $ within the split table screen does not pass the correct discount through to the main table screen, resulting in users been unable to pay the correct balance owed for the table
• Although Users Can Add Custom Images To Function Maps These Images Are Not Been Shown At SmartPOS, Stock Icons/Images Are Been Shown
• Order Discounts ignore the reason codes flag for manual discounts
• When using the Venue flag "Operator Cash Drawer Lock", if 'float required' flag is true for an operator, it will ask for float for the operator who is assigned to drawer
• Purchase order from Till items do not show after 1st collection.
• Incorrect Nett Total when Order $ Discount and Order % Discount is used on the same transaction
• Price on ProdMap not working but not sure how it will display
• "Prompt for qty sold" flag doesnt operate correctly
• As a Bepoz admin i require a table group option to NOT enforce over tendering on that table group as our venue has over tendering off by operator and this slows service

StockControl inc. supp comms

New Features, Changes & Fixes:

• BEPOZ-3702 / BEPOZ- 3704 - A Purchase Order Template can now be created and saved with items that has Zero order quantities
• When a Purchase Order is created using a Template which contains items with Zero order quantity, then such line items are automatically removed when the Purchase Order is posted
• Note: When a Purchase Order is created using a Template via the 'Job POTemplates' schedule job, then in such case the items with Zero order quantities are not removed from the Purchase Order

Known Issues & Limitations:

• Stocktakes are not closing correctly if more than 10 stocktakes are applied within a 10 minute period
• On Tap Data Product mapping issue when there are multiple sizes in Bepoz

Stock Reporting

New Features, Changes & Fixes:

• BEPOZ-3816 - Modifications have been made to the Manufacturing process 
• New Auto Manufacture flag has been implemented in Product Maintenance form to allow auto manufacturing in case of Nested Manufacturing product setup
• Views option has been included in Manufacturing list window (once products are manufactured) which allows to view the Manufactured products by

• The System will not allow to Save a Manufactured Product when there are no ingredients attached
• Note: The Stock not depleting for normal products when a prior manufactured products goes into negative Quantity on Hand has been fixed in DIONYSUS-6663

• Correct Stock quantities are now deducted for different product types when a prior manufactured Product in the transaction goes into negative quantity on hand
• Also a stop has been put in place to prevent users from adding Non-Stocked product(s) as ingredients to Manufactured products
• Note: We are aware of a 'main thread error' issue being encountered when trying to manufacture products on SmartPOS while in Standalone or Offline mode and we aim to fix this in our next version release
• We highly do NOT recommend to manufacture products on SmartPOS while it is in Standalone or Offline mode since when manufacturing is performed is such a scenario, the transaction will not be processed until the Standalone or the Offline mode is exited
