Release Notes | 4.7.4.4
The Bepoz Product Team are excited to announce the release of version 4.7.4.4, a minor update focused on improving system reliability and addressing four specific issues.
Fixes Included
EROS-12492
In a multi-venue setup, when transferring stock between two remote venues using SmartPDE, the system no longer utilizes the 'Remote Venue ID' from the sending venue. This change addresses an issue that was causing duplicate entries, which previously prevented sales data from polling correctly.
EROS-12837
The Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports were displaying incorrect Start and End cost calculations when generating Store vs. All Store/Group reports. This issue has now been resolved, and the calculations are accurate.
EROS-12970
Our interface with Thirsty Camel has been improved to accurately capture the offerID in sales data when the same offer is redeemed multiple times within a single transaction. Previously, the system only registered the offer once, regardless of how many times it was redeemed.
EROS-12971
Users encountered errors in their audit reports when attempting to import price promotions or multi-buy promotions that linked products from the BOX Liquor file promotions. This issue has now been addressed to ensure smoother functionality.
EROS-12980
Enhancements to the IBAScanData.dll scheduled job to allow the user to configure a field for tracking the Location ID from Metcash. Previously this was hardcoded to the Store ExportCode 1. The user can now select from Export Code 1 & 2 or configure a custom Storetext field within the Store Maintenance form.
The job will default to ExportCode 1 to ensure backwards compatibility.
EROS-12981
Two fixes were included:
Changes to the Metcash Transaction Queue device to ignore the Nett Total makeup flags, and always include the handling fee and discounts in the Sales Total that are being sent to Metcash.
Previously, the Transaction Queue device would not send transactions that were closed with a zero balance, causing table transactions not being sent to Metcash. This has now been rectified.
EROS-12995
In a multi-venue environment, enhancements have been made to better handle the duplicate transactions at HO caused due to TCPIP comms dropouts.
More details to be added soon
