This article explains the configuration detail of the Scheduled Job for generating and emailing statements to members. This job allows Operators to generate statements on a scheduled basis and email them to Members. The statement will include all the Membership related charges made or being made to the Account. Moreover, this Scheduled Job allows Operators to select the period, add CC'd Account/s, and more.

This job allows Operators to generate statements on a scheduled basis and email them to Members. The statement will include all the Membership related charges made or being made to the Account. Moreover, this Scheduled Job allows Operators to select the period, add CC'd Account/s, and more.
Prerequisites- To access the Scheduled Jobs settings, the following operator privileges are required to be enabled
- Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
- System Setup > Maintain Scheduled Jobs Flag
Job Set-Up Guide
- After Logging into Backoffice; go to System Setup> Scheduled Jobs
- Click on the 'Add New Job' option which will open the Job Maintenance window
- Set the DLL Name as 'Jobstd.Dll' and Class Name as 'Generate Statements'
