SmartPOS Mobile - Pay@Table - Track Paid Items
Overview
This article explains how to use the Track Paid Items option for Pay@Table mode on SmartPOS Mobile. It should be noted it’s in an experimental phase without complete functionality.
Prerequisites-

The applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:

Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab

System Setup: "Maintain Till Function Maps" flag

Venue Maintenance "Main" Tab (General Settings)

To turn on Track Paid Items, click the “Products” button on the navigation bar continuously five times to open the Configuration Screen.

Enable the toggleable option “Track Paid Items (Experimental)”. Restart the application after enabling.

On the Pay@Table Payment Screen, as the user selects items and pays for them, they will then be hidden. Only the un-paid for items will remain on screen.

This works with updating product qtys also. For example, if a user selects Chicken Schnitzel x2 and pays for 1 of them, only one will remain on the screen after payment.

Current limitations in the experimental phase of this feature.

If the user exits Pay@Table after making payments, all item tracking will be lost. This means when the user enters the Pay@Table Payment screen again, all items will be re-listed.

Only items that have been selected can be tracked - all other payment workflows such as splitting by amount or people will not work.
