Take orders with KDS, mark orders as complete & send or recall an order
Oolio KDS is a kitchen display system that sends orders from your Oolio POS and Online Store. This way, you don't need to print your orders.
KDS: TAKING ORDERS
Take our Orders as usual on your POS or MPOS but instead of printing: Display your Orders on your KDS ( Kitchen Screen )
- When a New Order appears: it will be added on the right end side of your screen:

ORDER TYPES
- DINE IN: The Docket will appear Purple & display: Section & Table Number on top.
- TAKEAWAY, DELIVERY, PICK UP: The Docket will appear Blue. If a Customer's deail was added to the order: it will appear on top.
If a Note was added: It will displayed under the order type in Orange.
TICKET DETAILS
- NUMBER: (pink) Every ticket has a unique number assigned to it starting with: SP1- ... an easy way to search a docket or refund if needed.
- AGE: (black) Indicated how long the order has been open for
For example: Granola has been ordered 5 hours 15 minutes & 14 seconds ago.
KDS: COMPLETE & SEND an ORDER
Indicate with just a few clicks if an Order is: Being Prepared, Completed or Sent
PRODUCT BY-PRODUCT:
Depending on your business model, you might need only 2 clicks: Done, Sent, or 3 steps: Being Prepared, Done, Sent
BEING PREPARED READY
(This is the default option)
When an order is received:
Click on the Product ONCE to indicate it is been prepared:
Click again to indicate it is ready (green):
BEING PREPARED READY SENT
To Enable an extra step: Order Being Prepared
Go to Settings (top right):
2. Enable 'Two-Level Fulfillment' :
BEING PREPARED: Grey (Clicked 1x Time)
READY: Orange: ( Clicked 2x Times )
SENT: Green: ( Clicked 3x Times )
ENTIRE ORDER:
Instead of clicking every product to complete them: Click on the top of the docket to mark it as 'completed'
You can find your completed orders in ' Completed ' (top screen) :
⚠️ Only Today's order will appear in ' Completed ', if orders from previous days are sent, they will disappear within few seconds
KDS: RECALL an ORDER
If a Product or Entire Order was sent to ' Completed ' by mistake, you can recall it/them from the completed order screen
To Recall Orders => Go to 'Completed':
PRODUCT BY PRODUCT
2. Click on the arrow on the right side of a Product to recall it & bring it back to 'Open' Orders:
(For example: 'Burger')
3. Our Burger Product is now back in Open Orders:
