Learn how to apply a Surcharge or Discount on your Entire Menu for just one day or more.
For Example:
Add a Surcharge:
15% Public Holiday Surcharge or 10% Sunday Surcharge
Add a Discount:
10% Off Pick Up Orders
( Surcharges / Discounts can be either by: % or by $ )
CREATE SURCHARGE / DISCOUNT in POS
Once your Adjustment has been applied to your POS => you can now apply it to your
Online Store:
Go to Feature => Integration => Click on ' Online Store ' :
3. Under ' Settings ' => Access your Online Store using the ' Cog Icon ' :
4. Under ' Fulfilments ' => Select the Order Type ( PIckup, Dine In, Delivery, ...)
where you wish to Apply you Surcharge / Discount to by clicking on the ' Cog Icon ' :
For example: Pickup:
5. Press the Surcharge you want to apply :
⚠️ DO NOT REMOVE ' CARD SURCHARGE '
as this is the surcharge you apply on your Card payments
⚠️ DO NOT SELECT MULTIPLE SURCHARGES / DISCOUNTS
as only 1 CAN BE USED AT THE TIME
6. Apply to all the other Order Types too:
If you need your ' Public Holiday Surcharge ' to be applied on all order types: you need to add it manually to all.
If you want only some Order Types to have an adjustment, you can customize it too:
For example:
Takeaway / Pickup: could offer 10% off on weekends when your Dine In is full to encourage more sales.
On your Online Store:
This is how your Discount / Surcharge will appear on your Online Store
