Set up an Account/Tab
For your Regulars coming daily. Decide what their Order Limit & Credit Limits are & get them to pay on the day or later
- In your Back Office => Features => click on 'Account':
2. Enable Accounts:
3. You now have a new Payment Types created: 'On Account':
4. In your POS, it has been added to your Payments Options:
SET UP AN ACCOUNT/TAB
Now that our Account Feature is enabled: it's time to set it up for your Regulars
It is currently not possible to open an Account for a Customer in POS directly,
this feature is coming soon

In your Back Office => Customers:

2. Select a customer interested in setting up an Account (Or create a new customer):
3. ' Enable Account Payment ' => & Choose a:

Max. Order Limit: This is the maximum amount that can be added to the Account / Tab per purchase.
For example: $20 max per purchase
⚠️ if no 'max order limit' are set, it will automatically set to 0$

Max. Credit Limit: This is the maximum amount the customer can spend on the Account / Tab until they need to pay & reset the account
For example: $100 max per tabs
Max. Order Limit: This is the maximum amount that can be added to the Account / Tab per purchase.
For example: $20 max per purchase
⚠️ if no 'max order limit' are set, it will automatically set to 0$
4. SAVE:
In your POS, it means that your customers cannot use ' Account ' to pay for their orders if above the limits:
USE ' ACCOUNTS ' IN YOUR POS
