      Set Up: Manage Cash (Money in/ Out)

      Create Cash Money Events: Tips, Floats, Petty Cash, ...

      MONEY IN / MONEY OUT

      Track your Cash events in your POS such as:

      • Float In / Out

      • Petty Cash

      • Withdraw Tips 

      Those events will be recorded in your Sales Reports within the Cash section

      CREATE MONEY EVENTS

      Create Cash Events that suits your Venue workflow

      1. In your Back Office => Settings => My Store :

      OR:

      • If a have Multiple Venues => Venues & Stores -> select a VENUE :

      2. Go to ' Manage Cash ' => Create + :

      3.

      • Name: Input a Name that make sense to you

        ( ex: ' Float In ' / ' Petty Cash ' / ' Tips ' )

      • Event: Choose whether the cash is taken OUT of your till or put IN.

        ( ex: ' Petty Cash ' would be a ' Money Out ' but ' Float IN ' would be a ' Money In ' event )

      • Notes: Only for you to see & understand what the event is for.

      => Create Reason :

      USE ' MANAGE CASH ' in POS

      Now that our Cash events reasons are created: we can start using them in our POS
