Using ' Seat Management ' in POS

Learn how to Create & Use ' Cover Numbers ' on your Dine In orders

Assign Cover Numbers to your Guests.

While using your Dine In order type: you can allocate seat numbers to your Products to avoid asking your Customers who ordered what.

To use ' Seat Management ' in your POS, you need to:

Now that you are Set Up, you can start using ' Seat Management ' in your POS

3. We can now see our 3x Seats on our cart:

4. Start adding Products in your Cart:

@T : means the item is not assigned to a Seat. Best option for shared dishes

1. To Assign a Product to Seat => click on that item & press the seat number wanted:

2. Latte is now assigned to Seat 1 => @1 next to the product indicates the Seat Number

. => click on ' T ' to go back to the full order & keep assigning Seats:

( To Re-assign a Seat just click on the Product & on the Seat number wanted )

OR : Select a Seat Number & add Products to it directly to save time :

This is how your Dockets will print:

( ' T ' being used for non-assigned products that are meant to be shared )

If Customers order the same Products, ( for example: Croissant ), in order to split it to assign it to the Seats:

Click on that item => press 1 on the number pad to extract 1 croissant out of 2 => click on the ' Split Icon '

Our Croissants are now separated & can be assigned to a Seat:

⚠️ Products that are not assigned to Seats will be considered ' Shared '
