This article outlines the Bepoz promotions within Myplace,  and how it will display in the app.

Prerequisite

• Account manager will need to enable this feature
• Price promotions will need to be setup in the backoffice

Bepoz Promotions

Bepoz Promotions offers users the ability to showcase product promotions that are setup in Bepoz Backoffice. These promotions, distinct from stamp cards and offers, can be advertised without requiring member interaction, such as 2-for-1 meal deals or 20% off new cocktails. Utilising this feature can entice members to visit and enjoy the highlighted products.

To enable this functionality, reach out to the account manager. Once activated, it will be accessible in the backpanel sidebar under the loyalty section.

Backpanel

Once bepoz promotion is enabled, it can be accessed as in the below image. When user accesses the page the product promotions from Bepoz will automatically sync.

Note: voucher promotions will not sync.

APP

On the main screen, members will encounter a card showcasing the configurations set up in backpanel, home button. Clicking on "view promotions" directs them to the promotion list screen, where they can explore the array of promotions offered at their preferred venue. The screen features two filters:

1. "Today" - displays promotions scheduled for the current date according to the setup in Bepoz.
2. "All Promos" - shows all available promotions at the venue.

Selecting a promotion reveals additional details sourced from the configurations in the back panel. These include a header image, an extensive description, and the address. If a member likes a promotion, they can click the heart icon situated in the bottom-right corner of the header image to provide feedback to other members of the app.
