Introduction A service management application designed to assist staff with the coordination of online orders from the YourOrder platform.

Introduction 
 
A service management application designed to assist staff with the coordination of online orders from the YourOrder platform. On the app users can view, search and move orders, as Preparing, End Route/Ready to Collect or Delivered/Collected. 
 
In addition this platform is used to notify patrons on the progress of their order by sending an SMS (or email if necessary) when order preparation starts and/or when ready to collect by the driver or patron at the counter. 
 
The Merchant app also gives the venue management the ability to stop servicing online orders or to stop a particular type of service (e.g, Dine In) across the entire YourOrder platform. 
 
By using this app the venue will have more control over their online orders. 
 
 

Requirements 

YourOrder Merchant App supports iPad and Android Tablet. The best screen size is 10 inches or above.

Version 7 or higher  Version 10 or higher  10 inches or bigger 

 

 
 
PLEASE NOTE: A smaller screen size of tablet will not get the best performance and order display. 
 
 
Initial Setup and Login 
 
The ‘YO Merchant 2’ app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once you open the app, you will be asked to enter a license key and then your login credentials. 
 
  •  The license key is generated by the Bepoz team. If you do not have a license key, please contact our friendly Sales team to organise it. 
 
  • Enter your email and password. If you do not know your credentials, please speak with a member of the YourOrder team.
