This article will outline an overview of Promotions and configurations that can be applied in Myplace. Promotions allow venues to inform users about products and services. Prerequisite To access the "Promotions" setup: Events Role Privileges will need to be enabled Roles "Role Maintenance" Panel Privilege Flags: "Marketing" Promotion will need to be active Feature Control "Side Nav" tab "Show Hidden?" Flag Promotion: ON (Blue) Offers Venues can use offers to promote certain products through discounts or point purchases.

Promotions allow venues to inform users about products and services.

Prerequisite

• To access the "Promotions" setup:

• Events Role Privileges will need to be enabled
• Roles "Role Maintenance" Panel
• Privilege Flags: "Marketing"

• Promotion will need to be active
• Feature Control "Side Nav" tab
• "Show Hidden?" Flag
• Promotion: ON (Blue)

Offers

• Venues can use offers to promote certain products through discounts or point purchases.
• Offers are a way to promote vouchers, where users can use points to claim vouchers or claim vouchers for free.
• You can also set a limit on many vouchers can be claimed per day, per user, etc.
• Offer cards can be displayed on the homepage of the app, or as a button.
• Users can also view all available vouchers by clicking to offers button or the view all button.
• The card is accessible from the homepage and the button can be accessed through the sidebar, profile page, home cards and bottom tabs.
• By clicking on the offer the user will be able to read more about and claim it.
• All offers are configured in Myplace Backpanel, please refer to "Create/Edit an Offer" for more details.
