Orders

Under this section, Admin Back-Panel users are able to see all the orders that have been made by customers through YourOrder. The history is displayed in the format of a list, which is automatically set to show the most recent orders on top, noting that users can change the display order to be sorted numerically or alphabetically by column by clicking on the respective column heading.

Users are also able to filter exclusively Future orders by clicking on “Future Only” (highlighted in blue), and once ticked, users can filter the futures orders scheduled to “today” by clicking on “Today Only” (highlighted in blue).

By clicking on the    button on the left side of the row, the Order Detail tab will open. Here the Back-Panel user can download the electronic invoice, see more information about the customer who placed the order, the address this order will be delivered (in case of delivery), the date and time the order was placed, the estimated time the order was scheduled to be ready, the order itself (products, notes, condiments, add-ons), and if any promotional coupon or points were used.

Order records displayed with a red background and the status of ‘Refunded’ in the list refer to orders that were refunded.  In addition to the standard order details refunds also display the ‘Staff in Charge’ (operator who approved the refund) and a ‘Refund Reason’ (origin of the request. E.g., customer request). In addition, downloading the electronic invoice now displays appropriate refund messaging and corrections to the totals.
Note that initiating a refund through the platform requires the Merchant App add-on and cannot be performed in Admin Backpanel or through the Customer Website or App.

PLEASE NOTE: Instructions for performing a refund are covered separately in the Merchant App User Manual. Please contact an authorised dealer for further information or to arrange a quote.

In the Transactions tab, the Back-Panel user can see the payment transaction between the Back-Panel and the PayPal account or the bank in case of credit card payments.

In the History tab, the Back-Panel user is able to see everything that happened to this order, the transaction times, when products were added or removed from the cart, delivery mode and fee, points used, comments and more.
