This article outlines the use of the staff feature and functionality on the main staff page The Staff page is used to assign logins to the business staff so that they can access the Backpanel. Each new staff member can be assigned a role that can limit access to certain backpanel functionality.  By default, there will be three staff accounts, Dev, Admin, and Support. These accounts cannot be modified or removed.

The Staff page is used to assign logins to the business staff so that they can access the Backpanel. Each new staff member can be assigned a role that can limit access to certain backpanel functionality. 

By default, there will be three staff accounts, Dev, Admin, and Support. These accounts cannot be modified or removed. They are mainly used by Bepoz support to resolve issues and configure incorrect setups or can be used in cases where other accounts cannot be accessed.

 

Functionality Description
Show inactive?         
  • ON (Tick): Displays both active and inactive accounts within the staff list
  • OFF (Untick): Displays only accounts with an active status
Show
  • The Number of accounts to display in the list at one given time
  • The default number is 10 but options range from 5 - 50
Search
  • An icon to find staff accounts based on user input
  • Clicking this icon will open a search field. The list will cater to the user input and show staff accounts that match the input value
Add Staff  
  • An icon to create new staff members
  • Clicking this will open the 'Create Staff' panel to configure a new staff account
Status
  • A toggle to change enable/disable staff members
  • ON (Blue): The staff account is active and can be used to access the backpanel
  • OFF (Red): The staff account is inactive and cannot access the backpanel. Once the toggle is switched to OFF the account will be removed from the list, it can be viewed again if the user ticks 'Show inactive?'.
Option 
  • An icon will be displayed for each staff. Click this icon to open a new panel where users can modify the configurations of the staff account.
