Bepoz Diagnostics is a tool that allows Operators to diagnose & resolve connection and other issues with Tills,  Workstations, and Devices such as Printers. It  also helps to diagnose SQL and firewall connection issues. When running Bepoz Diagnostics, Operators will be displayed with a snapshot of the PC which contains the current status of the system and gives the option to modify or update any changes into the system.

Accessing Bepoz Diagnostics

• There are several ways to access Bepoz Diagnostics which are as follows:

Via Smart Controller

• Open SmartController, select File from the menu and then Run Bepoz Diagnostics
  

Via SmartPOS

• When the SmartPOS Workstation is not connected to Smart Controller, an error message will display on the SmartPOS screen from where the diagnostics can also be accessed
