      8 | Account Maintenance "Membership" Tab

      This article provides an insight to the "Membership" Tab of Account Maintenance. "Memberships" are an optional authorisation but can be used along with the core Account functionality to sell Memberships and Renewals to Account holders. This Tab allows for viewing the basic details of the Members' current type of membership and shows if they require any renewal.

      This Tab allows for viewing the basic details of the Members' current type of membership and shows if they require any renewal.

      Prerequisites
      • In order for this Tab to be active, the Parent Group of the Account must be Selected as Membership Group in the Venue maintenance
        • Go to Venue Maintenance > Main  Tab
        • Selected the group as the Membership Group from the Drop-down box
        • Press "OK"

             

      "Membership" Tab Details

             

       

       

      Fields

      Description
      Membership Type
      • Shows the type of membership for the Account
      • This field is not adjustable as the Membership of an Account can only be changed in the Membership Setup  
      Renewal Type
      • Shows  the time period for renewal of Membership
      • Can be edited by clicking the "Edit" button  which will open up a window for Edit Renewal
      Joining Fees Paid
      • Shows the amount paid to join the Membership
      Renewal Fees Paid
      • Shows the amount paid for the renewal of Membership
      Membership Payment
      • Allows changing the Membership and adding Renewal 

              
      Joined Date
      • Shows the date when the Account joined the Membership
      Last Renewal Date
      • Shows the date when the Membership was last renewed
      Next Renewal Date
      • Shows the Date and Time the Account should be renewed by
      • Membership can only be used up to the Expiry Date and Time
      Paid To Date
      • Shows the Date and Time until which the amount has been paid to
      Expiry Date
      • Shows the date in which the Membership will expire
      Proposer
      • Selects the Proposer for this Account Membership
      • It is for Operator's reference purpose only and is not used within the system
      Seconder
      • Selects the Seconder for the Account Membership
      • It is for Operator's reference purpose only and is not used within the system
