This article outlines a basic description of Account Profiles and their use within BackOffice. The Account Profiles feature of Bepoz groups Accounts together on the basis of the parameters set. These can then be used for reporting purposes throughout BackOffice and also in Marketing Promotions.

The Account Profiles feature of Bepoz groups Accounts together on the basis of the parameters set. These can then be used for reporting purposes throughout BackOffice and also in Marketing & Promotions.

Prerequisites

  • To access Account Maintenance features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
    • Operator Maintenance 'Maintenance' Tab
      • All "Accounts & Memberships" Flags

Creating a New Account Profile

  • To add a New Account Profile, follow these steps after logging into BackOffice:
    1. Navigate through the Backoffice to the Maintenance menu
    2. Select the Account option from the side menu
    3. Click the Account Profiles button in the Header Section of the Account List Tab


  • This will open a new Account Profiles Tab
  • Click on the Add Account Profile button which will open a new Account Profile Setup window
  • Enter a Profile Name
  • Use the drop-down selector fields on both tabs to select the parameters to be set for the Account Profile
  • Click on the OK button and the Account Profile will be created



Utilizing an Account Profile

  • This Account Profile has been created for all the Males with Birthdays this Month
    • Additionally, the Do Not Email and Do Not SMS flags have been selected to be marked as false, and both Email Address and SMS Number must be Setup OK

  • When this Account Profile is then selected from the Profile drop-down selector within the Account List Tab, only Accounts with the selected parameters of the Account Profile will display
    • This has been further narrowed down to display only Accounts within the "Platinum Members" Account Group

  • Next, the View Settings can be changed to Contact Details where the operators  can easily view the Mobile Number and Primary Email for the Account


  • From here, Operators can also open the Account Maintenance window for the Account and send a message
