Prerequisite

  • Bepoz will need to be correctly configured with the new scheduled job
  • Events Role Privileges will need to be enabled
    • Roles "Role Maintenance" Panel
      • Privilege Flags: "Marketing"

Procedure

  • Refresh the Myplace Backpanel twice and an action label appears on the sidebar. if it does not appear then the job has not been correctly configured in Bepoz, Please contact Myplace support



Action List

Clicking the action label will take users to the Action List page. 

All existing actions created will appear here. Initially, this will be empty.




  • Show inactive?: When ticked it will show both inactive and active actions
  • Show: The number of actions that will appear in the list at one time
  •  button: Used to add a new action
  • Action ID: The unique identifier for each action 
  • Action Name: The display name of the action
  • Event Trigger: The type of trigger used to accumulate on the action
  • Action Type: The prize type that will be issued when action is completed
  • Status: Has two values Active or Inactive. Shows the status of the action


Create/Edit an Action

Users can add an action by pressing the   button or click an existing action in the list. 


The Action Maintenance page will appear. This is where users can modify the setup for actions.




Action Maintenance

Main Settings



  • Status: Used to make the action active (Blue) or inactive (Red) 
  • Name: Input a display name up to 65 characters
  • Description: Input information about the reward
  • show in app: Toggles to allow name and description to display the text in the app
    • ON (Blue): Text will display in the app on the reward card and reward page
    • OFF (Red): Text will not be displayed on the reward cards or reward page
  • Stroke Colour: Changes the outline of the remaining accumulation

  • Fill: Used to select the colour of the member's progression


  • Icon: Users can choose between Star or Circle, to display as the progression symbol
  • Card Background: Used to change the background of the reward card. Clicking the image to the right side will open a new panel that has a toggle to give users two choices, Use Background Colour (Red) or Use Banner (Blue)
    • Use Background Colour: Displays a colour strip, once clicked a palette will appear where users can make a choice. Click ok once finished and the card will display the new colour


    • Use Banner: Shows an image area, when clicked it will open the computer explorer. Users will need to search for an image and double-click it. This picture will open with a selection box. use the corners to scale the box or move it through click and drag. Once the box shows desired image click continue then OK to save. It will appear on the card within the action maintenance page



Prize Criteria


  • Products: used to add products that will contribute to the reward progression. Clicking Select Product will open the product selection panel.
    • Within here, users can see all product groups and products that have been exported from Bepoz.
    • Clicking the   arrow next to a product group will expand it and ticking a box next to a group will filter the products by selected groups.
    • To add a product to the reward, tick the box on the right in the same row. once finalised, click SUBMIT



  • Include Zero Priced Items
    • Ticked: Products that are $0.00 and are selected for the reward will add to the accumulation
    • Unticked: Products that are $0.00 will not be added to the accumulation
  • Required Qty
    • The number of items that will need to be purchased before the reward is completed and the prize is issued
  • Earn Venues
    • A dropdown list that contains all venues and stores set up in Myplace. users can make multiple selections by ticking each box next to a specific location or clicking Select All to choose every location. Customers will only be able to earn at the selected locations



Earn Schedule


  • On Permanently: A toggle to allow users to keep this reward available without an expiration date
    • ON (Blue): Reward will be active forever
    • OFF (Red): start date and end date fields will appear for users to set a specific timeframe that the reward will be active.
      • Clicking the  icon next to each field will open a panel allowing users to set the date and time, or users can type these inputs into the fields


Member Audiance


Users can select which tiers this reward will be active for.  All of the tiers setup in Myplace will be shown. Users can tick the boxes next to each tier for a specific selection or tick the 'All Members' to choose every tier. Only members that are in the selected tiers can see the reward and  add progression



Action Details


  • Action Type: A dropdown list to select the prize type.
  • Voucher: A dropdown list that contains all synced Bepoz vouchers. Click an option to select it
  • Animation: A animation that will appear with the prize when a reward is completed. Leave the selection on 'Please select...' to not add an animation

Once all configurations are finalised, the user can click SUBMIT to save them or Cancel to discard


Apply Actions to App

To display actions on the app, users will need to link the action feature as a homepage card or a button.

  1. Simply click settings on the sidebar then open App Layout
  2. Actions can be applied to the following Tabs, Home Button, Sidebar and Profile Button
  3. Click the preferred one and fill out the Page name, icon, selector Image and icon Color
  4. Within the view column, choose Rewards and press Save Changes
  5. On the Homepage tab, there will be one more view option for actions called Rewards Card View, which will display as a stack of cards on the app homepage
