      10 | All Workstations Tab Overview

      This article covers the "All Workstations" Tab of Bepoz Diagnostics. This tab consists of a list of all the Workstations that are configured in BackOffice whether they are available or not. Operators can test the Workstation and retrieve the current status of these Workstations from this tab.

      Field

      Description
      Tills & Workstations
      • 'Tills & Workstations' window will populate a list of All Tills & Workstations that are set up in BackOffice
      Test all Workstations
      • This button allows testing of all the Workstations that are displayed on the screen
      Test One Workstation
      • This button allows the operator to test only one selected printer from the list
      Always on Top
      • This flag will always display the Diagnostics screen on the top of any other windows displayed
      On Screen Keyboard
      • Selecting the 'On-Screen Keyboard' button will display the on-screen keyboard
      Run Database
      • Selecting the 'Run Database' button will execute the Database.exe program
      Refresh Data from SmartController
      • Selecting the 'Refresh Data From SmartController' will attempt to retrieve all global data
      Close
      • Selecting 'Close' will close the diagnostic screen
