        • Aristocrat nConnect is actually Oasis Loyalty, a multi-site, one-card solution for enterprises with advanced marketing functionality even a single property can appreciate. A software platform that enables the building of lifelong customer loyalty through personalized customer service
        • Oasis Loyalty is available for integration with third party casino management systems, enabling operators to create asemless entertainment experience for their players. It is a field-proven best-in-class solution that delivers ultimate flexibility, configurability and performance for operators and their players. Casino operators can now leverage the power of Oasis Loyalty irrespective of their existing CMS implementations to create compelling, consistent, and highly entertaining player journeys.
        • Our interface with Aristocrat nConnect allows for Member retrieval from SmartPOS
          • Once a Member Account is retrieved, it can either be used to match to an Account in the local Bepoz database
          • From there, within SmartPOS the following are possible:
            • Import Member Data
            • Account Payments
            • Earning and Redeeming of Points
            • Issuing and Redeeming of Vouchers
        • This feature-set and functionality requires setup within the native CALink program as well as on the Venue Maintenance "External Links" tab

        Prerequisites

        • Minimum Bepoz version of 4.7.2.9 & onwards
        • For an Operator to be able to set up this interface, the following privileges must be enabled 
          • Main Tab (General Settings) - Venue Maintenance
            • All "System Setup" Flags
        • Additionally, the Aristocrat nConnect and CALink credentials are required

          Key Features

          CALink Setup

          • The CALink setup must be completed in order to connect to the Aristocrat nConnect System so that Operators can retrieve the account/customer's available points balances and vouchers to use them for Food & Beverage 

          BackOffice Setup

          • After the CALink device has been configured, the server configuration will need to be completed in BackOffice
            • Easily configure the CALink #1 for Gaming Points Link &  CALink #2 for Accounts Charge Link within Venue Maintenance by providing the details to connect to CALink which in turn connects to the Aristocrat nConnect System 
          • Additionally, each Workstation that will be used with this interface will need to have the "Use CALink" flag enabled
