Prerequisites
  • Minimum Bepoz version of 4.7 & onwards
  • For an Operator to be able to set up Aura, the following privileges must be enabled:
    • Main Tab (General Settings) - Venue Maintenance
      •  All 'System Setup' Flags

CALink Setup
  • To set up the CALink, open the CALink program and select Aura as the Server Type

Device Options

 

Fields/Flags Description
Server Type
  • This is the type of Server to be selected from the given list, i.e. Aura
API URL
  • This is the URL provided by Aura
Till connection TCP Port
  • This is the port number at which CALink connects with BackOffice 
Reply Timeout
  • This is the time(seconds) at which CALink will timeout while waiting for an answer from Aura
Bearer Token
  • This is the Bearer Token provided by Aura
Scheme ID
  • This is the Scheme ID provided by Aura
Venue
  • This is the Venue set at Aura
  • Note: In a Multi-Venue environment, the Operator can choose the correct Venue

 

  • Save the settings and make sure the Connection to Host status is 'ConnectedOK'
