Overview of how the tool works and what options are available

To use this tool, the production database should always be backed up and restored on your personal test system. There is a built-in warning on startup

Once the Database is restored you can run the tool.

Step 1: Venue Selection

Select the venue you want to export -> click ok

Step 2: Keep Sales data or Delete Sales Data

Keeping Sales data increases the export time depending on the amount of sales data

Step 3: Delete Promotions for All Venues

Step 4: Delete operator Groups

Select the groups you want to remove

Step 5: Delete Account Groups

Select the account groups you want to remove

Finish:

The script will maintain indexs and once you see the below message you can backup the database with database.exe and restore this on the client side.
