5 | BERG - Reporting

This chapter describes the dispense summary report that can be accessed for BERG. Bepoz allows Operators to keep a track of each portion of liquid dispensed via BERG. This can be accessed from the Dispense Summary Report.

Bepoz allows Operators to keep a track of each portion of liquid dispensed via BERG. This can be accessed from the Dispense Summary Report.

Prerequisites

• To view the Dispense Summary Report and include Products in the Dispense Summary, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:
• Operator Maintenance 'Maintenance' Tab
  
• All flags in 'Products' section
• Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
  
• Maintain 'Other Reports' and 'Global Reports'

Product Setting

• In order for a product to be included in the dispense summary and their flow to be tracked, go to Product Maintenance > Product Settings
• Tick the 'Flow Metered' flag on

Dispense Summary Report

• To access this report, go to Maintenance > Other Reports
• Select Dispense Summary which will open the 'Dispense Summary Report' Window
• Once the flag in Product Maintenance has been ticked on, the Products will be listed below 'Base Product Group' in the 'Dispense Summary Report' Window
• Select the Venue, Store and Display Period, and the Product to be Reported
