5 | Changing Memberships via SmartPOS

This article covers a how-to guide to changing Memberships in SmartPOS. Selecting the Membership function button will open a window displaying the Account's Current Membership and the date that the Membership is Renewed until. This window will also permit the Operator to Renew or Change the Account's Membership.

Selecting the Membership function button will open a window displaying the Account's Current Membership and the date that the Membership is Renewed until. This window will also permit the Operator to Renew or Change the Account's Membership.

Prerequisites 

  • To access Membership Till features, the applicable Operator Privileges   will need to be enabled 
    • Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab
      • General: "Operate Tills" Flag
      • Accounts & Membership: "Account Till Functions" Flag

Change Membership

  • If Change Membership is selected, a window will open displaying the Memberships available, including each Membership's name and Description
  • Select a Membership either by double-tapping on the desired Membership or by highlighting and tapping the Select button
  • A window will then open displaying the various Renewal Fees showing the Name, Total Fee Amount, and the Renewal Date

 


  • Select a Renewal Fee either by double-tapping on the desired Fee or highlighting and tapping the Select button
  • A prompt will then display allowing the Operator to review and confirm the selected Renewal Fee
  • The Membership Renewal Fee will then be added to the Transaction Window
