This article will guide the user through force-closing any currently open tables. NB: This function is not reversible and should only be performed as a last resort.

Warning

  • This is an extreme method and should only be completed by qualified Bepoz support engineers as a last resort and following all ramifications being explained to the customer who's database you are about to perform this action on

How-To

  • Once you have logged into database.exe you need to first navigate to the "Modify Database" tab and then press the "Close Tables" function button as highlighted below

  • You will now be guided and presented with several screens which will determine which tables are subsequently closed
  • The first data that will be requested is to choose the VenueID for which you wish to close the tales

  • You will now be asked for a Table Open Date
  • this process will close all tables opened ON or BEFORE this date

  • You can now choose to close tables in either a singular or ALL table groups

  • This is the last chance you have to back out of this process pressing YES will implement the close

  • Post closure the user will be shown the QTY of tables closed as display the below example
