      This article covers the standard views of the COGs By Stocktake Report which provides a plethora of useful information for analysis including various Costs, Units Sold, Profit Amounts and Percentages, and Days On Hand.

      This article covers the standard views of the COGs By Stocktake Report which provides a plethora of useful information for analysis including various Costs, Units Sold, Profit Amounts and Percentages, and Days On Hand. Prerequisites 
      • To access the COGs By Stocktake Report Settings, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
        • Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
          • Other Reports: "Allow Analysis Reports" Flag
      "_Standard" View
      • The Standard View of the COGS By Stocktake Report displays details regarding Stocked Products over the two selected Periods
      • This allows for viewing information such as Stock Cost, Stock Transfer Details, Profit earned through stocks and Stock Variance

      Stock Type Qty
      • This column displays the total quantity of stock type before the stocktake 
      Avg CostEx StockTake
      • This column displays the average CostEX of stocktake 
      End Qty
      • This column displays the total quantity of stock type before the stocktake 
      CostEx Received
      • This column displays the CostEx of Products that have been delivered since the last stocktake 
      CostEx XfetIn
      • This  column displays the CostEx of Products that have been Transferred In since the last stocktake
      CostEx XferOut
      • This column displays the CostEx of Products that have been Transferred Out since the last stocktake
      CostEx Loss
      • This column displays the CostEx of Products that are lost, damaged, expired or stolen
      2nd Period End Quantity
      • This column displays the Quantity fo stock after the end of the second stocktake
      Qty Units Sold
      • This column displays the total quantity of product units sold between the first and second stocktake
      CostEx StockSold
      • This column displays the total Cost excluding Tax of the stock sold
      NettTotal
      • This column displays the Nett Total value of the Stocked products
      Profit Amt
      • This column displays the profit amount calculated on the basis of current stocktake
      Profit%
      • This column displays the profit percentage calculated on the basis of current stocktake
      Adjusted Profit Amt
      • This column displays the adjusted profit amount on the basis of current stocktake
      Adjusted Profit %
      • This column displays the adjusted profit percentage on the basis of current stocktake
      Variance %
      • This column displays the variance percentage from the previous stocktake to current stocktake
      Cost Variance %
      • This column displays the cost variance percentage occurred from the previous stocktake to current stocktake
      2nd Period end Cost Ex
      • This column displays the 2nd-period end Cost Ex calculated from the current stocktake
      Days on Hand
      • This is total days worth of stock left on hand
