3 | Common SmartPOS Account Functions

This article overviews a variety of some common SmartPOS Account Functions that can be accessed via the Function Panel in SmartPOS.

To access Membership Till features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled

The Account Photo function button will allow the Operator to view the Photo for an Account without opening the Account Details window
After an Account has been selected, tap on the Account Functions... function button to change to the Panel of additional Account Functions
Within the Function Panel, select the Account Photo function button
A large copy of the Account Photo will appear on the SmartPOS Workstation screen

The Account Sales Report function allows an Operator to Print an Account's Sales Report for a set period of time
The Period of time for the Report can be configured in BackOffice in Function Map Set Up and can either be the Current Shift, Current Day, Current Week, Current Month, or Current Year
After an Account has been selected, tap on the Account Functions... function button to change to the Panel of additional Account Functions
Within the Function Panel, select the Sales Report function button
A confirmation prompt will appear and the Sales Report will Print from the configured Printer

The Membership Payment Function allows an Operator to Renew or Change an Account's Membership without opening the Account Details window
After an Account has been selected, tap on the Account Functions... function button to change to the Panel of additional Account Functions
Within the Function Panel, select the Membership Payment function button
A window will open displaying the Account's Current Membership and the date that the Membership is Renewed until
- This window will also permit the Operator to Renew or Change the Account's Membership
