Prerequisites​​​​​​​

• Minimum Bepoz version of 4.7.2.1 and above
• To setup Consillion within BackOffice, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
• Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
• General Settings: "Use BackOffice" Flag
• System Setup: "Maintain Scheduled Jobs" Flag

Consillion Scheduled Job

• After logging into BackOffice, navigate to the System Setup tab from the side menu and select 'Scheduled Jobs'
• Click on 'Add Job' and a Job Maintenance screen pops up, fill in with the following details:
• Job Name: As per desired
• Job Type: External DLL
• DLL Name: Jobexport.Dll
• ClassName: Consillion Export
• Job Options:
• Debug Mode: Exports till summaries to file (bepoz\data\consillion) instead of sending via API
• API Endpoint: URL where the Consillion API is available. Provided by Consillion
• API Key: Key provided by Consillion
• Consillion CustomerID: CustomerID provided by Consillion
• Send Frequency (s): Frequency in seconds that the job looks for shift changes and sends data
• Venue(s) to Send: Select the venue, venuegroup or venueset that this job will export data for
• SiteName Venue Field: This is the venue field that contains the SiteName as required by Consillion
