3 | Create/Edit a Voucher

Prerequisites To access and edit Vouchers, the following Role Privileges will need to be enabled Roles "Roles Maintenance" panel Privilege Flags: "Marketing" At least 1 voucher setup will need to exist Bepoz Procedure Creating vouchers (Voucher setup) Vouchers must be created in Bepoz's back office.

Prerequisites

  • To access and edit Vouchers, the following Role Privileges will need to be enabled
    • Roles "Roles Maintenance" panel
      • Privilege Flags: "Marketing"
  • At least 1 voucher setup will need to exist Bepoz

Procedure

Creating vouchers (Voucher setup)

Vouchers must be created in Bepoz's back office.

Ensure that the voucher's claim venue field is set to All Venues as the Bepoz XML API will only return voucher setups with this configuration


Sync and list vouchers

MyPlace will only sync voucher setups existing in Bepoz that have the claim venue field set to All Venues

To sync the voucher setups, click the sync button. You can also see the last sync date.

Once the vouchers are synced, they will display in for of a table as below:



  • MyPlace ID: This is the voucher unique ID in the MyPlace Backpanel
  • Bepoz ID: This is the voucher setup id as created in the Bepoz backoffice. 
  • Bepoz Name: This is the voucher setup name created in the Bepoz backoffice. 
  • MyPlace Name: This is the voucher name as it will display in the app.
  • Voucher Type: This is the voucher type as configured in the Bepoz backoffice. 
  • Bepoz Status: This is the voucher status as configured in the Bepoz backoffice. 
  • Usability: This is an indicator of how much the voucher has been configured and its usability in the app.
    • Red: None of the voucher details is set. (images and descriptions are empty/blank)
    • Yellow: Some but not all voucher details are set.  (images or descriptions are empty/blank)
    • Green: All voucher detail is set.
  • In Use: Display if member offer is enabled for this voucher. Or, if a gift certificate, display if the in-app purchase is enabled.
  • Headers: You can use the table header options to view inactive vouchers, filter by voucher type and search for vouchers.

Editing a voucher

Editing a voucher page will vary depending on the voucher type. All vouchers type, except gift certificate, are displayed as below: 

Vouchers that have a gift certificate type will display as below:


  • Bepoz Voucher Name: The name as configured in the Bepoz backoffice.
  • App Voucher Name: The name as it will display in the app.
  • Short Description: The voucher description as displayed in the app.
  • Card Image: This is the image that will be displayed on the app homepage when using the card option.
  • Tile Image: This is the image that will be displayed on the app vouchers page.
  • Show voucher name on image: When this flag is on, the voucher name will display on top of the image.
  • Long Description (Gift certificate only):  The voucher description as displayed in the app.
  • Banner Image:  (Gift certificate only):  The voucher description as displayed in the app.

Voucher Notification

This notification is used to inform the user that they have received a new voucher.


  1. Turn this toggle on to send notifications to users when they receive a new voucher.
  2. Select the type of notification you want to send.
    • Push Notification: It will send notifications that appear on the device screen.
    • System NotificationIt will send notifications that appear on the device screen and it will also display an in-app notification 
  3. Type the desired notification or select from the list.
