2 | Creating & Deleting Dashboard Views

This article is a how-to guide to creating and deleting Dashboard Views in BackOffice. Dashboards show an aggregate summary of all the business Transactions for a given period of time in the format of tables, graphs, and charts. This information is often used by businesses while analyzing the data and making decisions. In Bepoz, Dashboards can be accessed and customized according to the convenience of the Operator so that it is easier for viewing and understanding the Business Operation.

Dashboards show an aggregate summary of all the business Transactions for a given period of time in the format of  tables, graphs, and charts.

This information is often used by businesses while analyzing the data and making decisions.

In Bepoz, Dashboards can be accessed and customized according to the convenience of the Operator so that it is easier for viewing and understanding the Business Operation.

Creating Views 

  • Click on the Views icon from the Dashboard Menu bar and then press the "Add Views" option


  • This will open a separate window as shown below
  • Fill the details such as Name, theme (I.e., background colors) and Allowed Operators
  • Add the available Items from the Left column to the Reported Items column on the right


  • Once an Item has been added, it will show the additional changes that can be made within the item on the right
  • The Change Options can vary according to the data type

Type A.     Type B.   

  • The "Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large" Option is used to manage the Display size of the chart or graph in the Dashboard

Deleting Views 

  • The views can be deleted by clicking on the "Delete View" Option in the View Maintenance window


Recreating Standard Views

  • Operators can delete the pre-set views that are already in the System
  • However, if they want to get the Pre-set view back, they can simply click on the "Recreate Standard" option and go back to the default setting
