2 | Creating Pick-up or Delivery Orders For New Accounts

Prerequisites 

  • To access Delivery and Pickup Features, the applicable Operator Privileges   will need to be enabled 
    • Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab
      • General: "Operate Tills" Flag
      • Accounts & Discounts: "Accounts Till Functions" Flag

Creating Orders For New Accounts

  • To create a new account, click on the 'Delivery & Pickup' button and open 'New Order'
  • Type the new phone number and Press 'OK'
  • If the system doesn't recognize the number, it will show the following prompt:

  • Click on the 'Create New' option which will open a blank Account Details page 
  • Fill in the details and click on the 'Save Account' function button at the bottom of the page


  • Once this is done, the Operator can now enter the Products and choose Home Delivery or Pickup option
  • The order will be printed appropriately and the Transaction can be re-opened and finalized once the payment has been done
